Purpose and possible sessions
The purpose is to practise a more consistent rhythm around movement, food and rest, with time to consider habits you may wish to continue at home.
Possible session themes include guided yoga or mindful movement, nutrition and lifestyle guidance, and meditation or breathwork. Ask about surf or other coastal activities if they interest you; availability, weather and the final quote determine what can be arranged.
Your selected room and breakfast, lunch and dinner are part of the programme stay. Your quote confirms the sessions arranged for your dates, any additional services and one gift set per room for the stay.
